Named plaintiffs Erika Beasely and Lora Meyers are former telephone representatives at GC Services’ call centers. In their amended consolidated complaint, plaintiffs allege that GC Services and other similarly situated employees violated the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seg., by requiring them to work before, during, and after their paid shifts without compensation.
