This is a bill filed by Joseph D. Ayres and twenty-one other persons, on behalf of themselves and all other persons similarly situated who might desire to join in the bill and pay their proportion of the costs of the litigation, to enjoin the city of Chicago from the enforcement of an ordinance of said city known as the “Wheel Tax ordinance,” on the ground that said ordinance, is unconstitutional and void.
