ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AND DENYING MOTION FOR STAY OF EXECUTION

This cause is before the Court on a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus By a Person in State Custody (“petition”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1982), and a Motion for Stay of Execution, filed in the name of JAMES WILLIAM HAMBLEN (“petitioner”), a death-row inmate at Florida State Prison.
