This is an appeal by the defendant, Robert S. Simpson, from a judgment entered upon findings of fact and conclusions of *316law in a divorce action. The case was tried without a jury in the district court of Lewis and Clark County before the Hon. Victor H. Fall, district judge. The findings of fact and conclusions of law which are contested concern the division of property between the litigants. The award of the divorce to the plaintiff, Lola Mae Simpson, is not contested.
