SILBERMAN, Circuit Judge:

Brown & Williamson appeals an order of the district court quashing subpoenas duces tecum issued to two Members of the House of Representatives. We affirm.

This case grows out of another lawsuit brought in Kentucky state court in September 1993 by the Louisville law firm Wyatt, Tarrant & Coombs (Wyatt, Tarrant) against a former paralegal at the firm, Merrell Williams.
