*464 Physician Kelly Adams and her husband, Joseph Daniel Adams, Jr. (collectively "Kelly Adams"), brought a medical malpractice action against Dr. Edward F. McDonald, The Longstreet Clinic, P. C., Dr. Laroy P. Penix, Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, Inc., and Northeast Georgia Medical Center (collectively the "Appellees").
