STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On March 28, 1980 Andrew J. Grubbs, defendant, filed his voluntary petition in bankruptcy. Within the time necessary, Raymond 0. Ballard and Walter E. Ballard d/b/a Ballard Brothers Electric Co., plaintiffs, filed their complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt owed them by the defendant.
