Stanley Earl Cheek (Cheek) and his wife Virginia Alice Cheek filed a joint voluntary Chapter 7 case on August 28, 1981. Scheduled as a creditor was Lowe’s of Georgia, Inc. (Lowe’s). They filed a complaint to avoid two judgment liens of Lowe’s as impairing exemptions.
