OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a habitation following appellant’s guilty plea, wherein the jury assessed punishment at ten (10) years.

All three grounds of error relate to the court’s admonishment. All three grounds contend the trial court erred in accepting appellant’s plea of guilty without first (1) admonishing him as required by Article 26.-13(a), Vernon’s Ann.C.C.P.; (2) making a determination if the plea was free and voluntary as required by Article 26.13(b), Vernon’s Ann.C.C.P.; (3) informing him that any recommendation of the…
