OPINION

BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from jury convictions on two counts of aggravated assault. Appellant pleaded not guilty on the first count and guilty on the second count. The jury assessed punishment at twelve years’ imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division and a $5,000 fine on the first count, and ten years’ imprisonment and a $9,000 fine on the second count. The jury made an affirmative finding of the use of a deadly weapon with regard to both counts. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
