Plaintiff brings this action for damages for personal injuries sustained by her on falling as she emerged from plaintiff’s building through a revolving door. From judgment in favor of the defendant this appeal is prosecuted.
The complaint alleges that the defendant, a banking corporation, was located and maintained its principal place of business at the southwest corner of Fifth and Stark streets in Portland, Oregon; that the means of egress and ingress on Fifth street was by way of three separate and distinct sets of revolving doors; and that immediately adjacent to the “most northerly exit…
