In this action in contract which was tried on November 28, 1972, the court found for the plaintiff in the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty ($960) Dollars.

On October 7, 1972, the defendant filed a “Motion for Admission of Facts” under G.L. c. 231, § 69.* No response was made to this1 motion by the plaintiff.
