McAfee, Inc. appeals the summary judgment on its claims in favor of Agilysys, Inc. McAfee brings two issues asserting the trial court erred (1) by granting Agily-sys’s motion for summary judgment and (2) by awarding Agilysys court costs and considering awarding Agilysys attorney’s fees. We reverse the trial court’s judgment in part and affirm in part, and we remand the cause to the trial court for further proceedings.
