The complainant instituted three suits in this court, numbered, respectively, 587, 662, and 675, the object of which was the determination of the title to those odd-numbered sections of land within the 20 and 30 mile limits of the grant made by the United States to the Southern Pacific Eailroad Company by the act of congress of March 3,1871, which are also within 20 miles of the general route of the Texas Pacific Eailroad Company, as indicated by its map thereof filed in the office of the secretary of the interior, or within 30 miles of the asserted definite location of…
