This is an action by Allan Block Corporation against County Materials Corp. (County) for patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and tortious interference with contractual relations. The patents-in-suit are U.S. Patent No. 4,909,-010 ('010 Patent) and U.S. Patent No. 5,484,236 ('236 Patent). County seeks a declaration that the patents are invalid.
