The United States served on, Google, Inc., a search warrant issued by the Court pursuant to the Stored Communications Act, 18 U.S.C. .§ 2703 et seq. Google challenged the warrant’s applicability to information stored in foreign territory, and pursuant to the Government’s Motion to Compel the undersigned ordered Google to disclose the foreign-stored data.
