The plaintiffs, prisoners confined at the Indiana Department of Correction’s Westville Correctional Facility, submitted a complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and were granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b).
