Charles Steger, Don Bizzell, and Steger & Bizzell, Inc. appeal from a judgment taken against them by VandeWater Construction, Inc. (“VandeWater”) on claims of negligence, breach of express and implied warranties, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), Tex.
