ItThe employer, Walgreen Company (Walgreens), appeals a judgment rendered by the workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) in favor of its former employee, Kenneth Clark, awarding him Supplemental Earnings Benefits (SEBs) equal to the amount it had previously paid him in Temporary Total Disability Benefits (TTDs) and reinstating his right to further vocational rehabilitation. Clark answers the appeal seeking a reversal of the WGJ’s denial of his .claim for penalties and attorney fees and seeking additional attorney fees for the work necessitated by this appeal.
