Plaintiff Sherry Bigalke brought this class action suit against Defendant Credi-trust Corporation, pursuant to the Fan-Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq. (Count I) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (“CROA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1679, et seq. (Count II), alleging that Creditrust’s standard form collection letters violated federal law.
