HEALY, Circuit Judge.
This is a proceeding under § 313(b) of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C.A. § 8251 (b), for the review of-paragraphs (1), (2) and (7) of an order of the Federal Power Commission requiring the petitioner to correct its electric plant accounts in accordance with the Commission’s uniform system of accounts.
Petitioner is a subsidiary of Standard Gas & Electric Company, a holding company which owns all of petitioner’s common stock and part of its preferred. It produces, distributes and sells electric energy in Northern California and Southern Oregon. The adjustments ordered are…
