South Carolina Generating Company v. Federal Power Commission and Georgia Public Service Commission

On the prior appeal in this case, 4 Cir., 249 F.2d 755, we had before us a decision and order of the Federal Power Commission of October 24, 1956, 16 F.P.C. 52, which reduced the contract rate at which the Generating Company, a South Carolina corporation, furnished electric energy to Georgia Power Company, a Georgia corporation, from the Urquhart plant on the Savannah River near North Augusta, South Carolina.
