After the livestock belonging to this estate had been sold under order of court, and a portion of .the. proceeds applied to payment of a mortgage-indebtedness, Eugene C. Potter, the administrator of the estate, who was also a son and heir at law of the deceased, petitioned for sale, at not less than its appraised value, of all the estate’s reai, and the balance of the personal, piroperty. The administrator’s petition represented that those properties' might depreciate in value unless sold; their sale would be of advantage to the beneficiaries of the estáte; there were unpaid mortgage-balances…
