This appeal is from a ruling by the Trial Court (Dalianis, J.) that the purchase and sale agreement between the plaintiffs and the defendants was null and void. We reverse and remand.
On October 7, 1985, the plaintiffs, Joseph and Esther Ross (buyers), entered into a purchase and sale agreement with the defendants, Edward and Sally Jo Eichman (sellers), for the purchase of the sellers’ home in Nashua.
