On this date, the Court considered the Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants Superior HealthPlan, Inc. and Centene Corporation (docket nos. 72 & 73). Plaintiffs sold Medicare Advantage plans for Superior HealthPlan, Inc. and allege that they were mis-classified as independent contractors when they were in fact employees. They assert claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") for failure to pay required overtime wages.
