November 30, 1920, Twin Falls Athletic Association forfeited its charter for failure to pay its annual corporation license tax. At that time it was and, until the sale hereinafter discussed, continued to be the owner of blocks 122 and 136, in Twin Falls. April 26, 1935, respondents, John N. Claar, Jno. B. White and C. J.
