I. Introduction

This is a declaratory judgment action in which plaintiff, Oritani Savings & Loan Corporation, (“Oritani”), seeks a ruling that defendant, Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland, (“Fidelity”), is obligated to indemnify it under a Savings and Loan Blanket Bond.
