In this car wreck case, appellant Vonda Barnhart appeals from a final judgment signed following a jury trial, raising nine issues. In her first two issues, Barnhart contends the trial court abused its discretion when it admitted medical records and a police report containing the results of a blood serum alcohol test performed at the hospital following the wreck.
