Defendants Officer Brian Brucato (“Brucato”), Officer Darryl Norman (“Norman”), Officer Tonya Smith-Doumas (“Smith-Doumas”) (collectively, “Officers”), and the Village of Hazel Crest (“Village”) seek summary judgment on counts I through V of plaintiff Nehemiyah Thurman’s (“Thurman”) second amended complaint (“complaint”).
