Frank V. Kaletha, Jr., and Deloris Kaletha, husband and wife, (Kaletha) filed a complaint against Bortz Elevator Co., Inc., Pinola Elevator Co., Inc., Robert Bortz, and Gabe Engel alleging the intentional infliction of emotional distress. 1 The defendant elevator companies filed a joint motion to dismiss the complaint under Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 12(B).
