MEMORANDUM OPINION IN SUPPORT OF ORDER DENYING APPROVAL OF REAFFIRMATION AGREEMENT

On August 11, 2010, the court held a hearing to consider a Reaffirmation Agreement entered into between Capital One Auto Finance (“Capital”) and William V. Grisham, Jr. (the “Debtor”), which was filed in the above-referenced Chapter 7 bankruptcy case on July 6, 2010. The court ruled that the agreement should be disapproved, pursuant to Section 524(m)(l) of the Bankruptcy Code.
