The body of Marie DuBuissant was recovered from behind a false fireplace in the apartment she shared with the defendant in the Dorchester section of Boston. The defendant was charged with murder. After a jury trial in the Superior Court, the defendant was convicted of so much of the indictment as charged manslaughter. On appeal, the defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and the instructions on manslaughter. We affirm.
