BEAM, District Judge.
These matters are on appeal by Lincoln Production Credit Association (LPCA) from an order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska denying LPCA’s objection to the use of cash collateral and motion to segregate and account for rents from property subject to a security interest, and from an order denying LPCA’s motion for stay. Bernard and Carol Anderson are the debtors in these proceedings.
