OPINION OF THE COURT
SLOVITER, Chief Judge.
Can high school field hockey be considered a contact sport? The district court held that it could not as a matter of law. On this ground and others, we disagree with the trial court’s entry of summary judgment against *170the School District, and remand because there are material fact issues to be resolved.
