We granted permission to appeal in this case to determine whether a subdivision’s restrictive covenant that specifically prohibited “mobile homes” and “trailers” in- eludes a restriction on “modular homes.” The plaintiffs obtained a temporary injunction against the defendant prohibiting him from erecting a modular home on his property.
