Plaintiffs Matthew Green, Andrew Huang, and Alphamax, LLC seek to engage in certain activities for which they fear they will be prosecuted under the "anti-circumvention" provision and one of the "anti-trafficking" provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
