Rosie Decker on October 31, 1922, filed her bill of complaint in the circuit court of Cook county against Albert Otto Decker and Richard P. Poulton to set aside two deeds by which certain real estate was conveyed, and for an injunction restraining the defendants from entering upon the property or interfering with her enjoyment of the income therefrom.
