The Bank of Commerce executed and delivered its bond to. Okmulgee county on March 28, 1921, in the principal sum of $20,000 for which the Maryland Casualty Company became surety, to secure deposits made by the county in the bank. On July 9, 1921, the Bank of Commerce executed and delivered its bond to Okmulgee county in the principal sum of $25,000, for which the Globe Indemnity Company became surety, to secure deposits made by the county in the bank. The Bank of Commerce was adjudged to be insolvent, and the Bank Commissioner took charge of the bank on November 1,…
