The following are the Court’s Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7052, with respect to the trial of the above-referenced adversary proceeding. This case addresses the circumstances under which a business homestead exemption may extend to two or more non-contiguous lots. At the date of the filing of his bankruptcy petition, Edward L.
