OPINION

LEWIS, Judge.

This is an appeal by plaintiffs 1 from the Chancellor’s denial of their petition to set aside an order admitting the Will of Hazel Keck Mayes, deceased, to probate in solemn form.

The pertinent facts are as follows:

Mrs. Mayes was bom on 4 March 1904 in Claiborne County, Tennessee. She moved from Claiborne County to Knoxville, Ten nessee, and married George T. Mayes on 7 November 1920. No children were born of their marriage.
