Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia County (Czajka, J), rendered January 19, 2011, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the second degree and criminal solicitation in the fourth degree.
*1348Defendant was charged with the robbery of a convenience store and with attempting to talk others into assisting him. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of robbery in the second degree and criminal solicitation in the fourth degree.
