BYE, Circuit Judge.

Rosario Placensia was convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), 846, and 860(a) and sentenced to 262 months imprisonment. On appeal, he challenges the district court’s 1 denial of his motion for new trial and application of the Sentencing Guidelines. We affirm.
