SPECTOR, Judge.
Petitioner seeks to review an order of the State Beverage Director denying his application to purchase a licensed alcoholic beverage business and to transfer that business to another location.
The petitioner made application for the transfer to him of beverage license number 16-587 and the business operated thereunder known as Jon’s Liquor Store in Dania, Broward County, Florida.
