ORDER VACATING THIS COURT’S ORDER OF OCTOBER 30, 1978
HEMPHILL, District Judge.
Pursuant to a Motion for Reconsideration filed November 10, 1978, Plaintiff moved this Court for reconsideration of this .Court’s Order of October 30, 1978, asked that same be vacated, and in lieu of the dismissal, direct that the motion to dismiss, which predicated the Court’s Order of October 30,1978, be denied. The Court has duly reconsidered.
