OPINION OF THE COURT

The defendant is charged, with his codefendant Goodman, with intentional murder, felony murder, robbery, and burglary. His first trial ended in a mistrial based upon the reaction of the jury when the prosecutor sought to impeach the credibility of the defendant’s girlfriend by questioning her about subsequent crimes. The two questions involved her role in three murders/robberies 20 days after the murder/robbery for which the defendant was indicted.
