MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAUGHERTY, District Judge.
This is a state prisoner habeas corpus case in which counsel has been appointed by the Court and an evidentiary hearing has been conducted.
The Petitioner seeks his release on grounds he is being unconstitutionally-restrained of his liberty by the Respondents, citing a number of reasons.
