We first considered this case in Louisiana-Pacific v. Lumber and Sawmill Workers, 296 Or 537, 679 P2d 289 (1984). The plaintiff sought and obtained a temporary injunction against a union and some of its officers and members. The defendants appealed, claiming that the evidence did not support the issuance of a temporary injunction issued under ORS 662.040-662.120.
