Defendant pleaded guilty to two indictments charging him with separate incidents of disposing of collateral and faffing to pay the secured party the amounts due under security agreements in violation of Ill. Rev. Stat., ch. 26, sec. 9 — 306.01. His guilty pleas were accepted in the Circuit Court of St. Clair County and on July 14, 1970, he was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of not less than one nor more than ten years. In this appeal defendant challenges the sufficiency of the indictments and the severity of his sentence.
