The plaintiff, Lisa Silva as Administratrix of the Estate of Michael Silva (“the Ad-ministratrix”), filed a wrongful death action against the defendants, Conor Markham (“Conor”), Courtney Markham (“Courtney”), and Dermis Markham (“Dennis”) (collectively “the Defendants”), seeking to hold them liable as social hosts in the death of her son, Michael Silva (“Silva”).
