This case is before us on a five-count complaint for disciplinary action charging Donald John O'Neill, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in this State, with violating the Code of Professional Responsibility for Attorneys at Law. A Hearing Officer appointed pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23 has heard the case and has tendered his findings.
